Based in Thatcham, A1 Cars has been offering clients throughout Berkshire and the surrounding area quality transportation services since 2005. Great service begins with great people and real experience which is why we put so much into choosing the best people to join our team.

As from January 2024 all of our vehicles are ULEZ friendly to help with the environment.  This also means that all journeys are exempt from the daily £12.50 charge meaning there continues to be no hidden costs in our prices.

    "Very polite and prompt. Booked taxi for daughter. Told us what make/colour of cab plus drivers name which put her at ease.We used A1 Cars to travel to a funeral, the driver not only turned up 10 minutes early but he helped my elderly friend into the car. He drove respectfully at the crematorium and again helped friend out of the car. The driver was pleasant and kind. We would definitely use A1 Cars again.
